2. Services Offered

FlyOnDemand provides on-demand private jet booking services by connecting users with licensed flight operators. We do not own or operate aircraft but act as an intermediary between customers and operators.

• On-Call Booking – Instant booking of private jets.
• Scheduled Charter Flights – Pre-arranged flights with flexible options.
• Luxury Travel Services – Concierge services, catering, and in-flight experience customization.

All flights are subject to operator availability, regulations, and aircraft performance capabilities.

3. Booking & Payment

a. Booking Process

• Users must provide accurate personal and travel details.
• Flight availability is subject to change until full confirmation.
• A signed Charter Agreement may be required for certain bookings.

b. Payment Terms

• Full payment is required before flight confirmation.
• Payment methods: Credit card, wire transfer, or approved payment services.
• Prices include aircraft rental, fuel, crew, and standard taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Additional costs (e.g., airport fees, de-icing, catering) may be charged separately.

c. Cancellations & Refunds

• Flexible cancellations may apply depending on the operator’s policy.
• Cancellations within 24-48 hours of departure may result in partial or full forfeiture of fees.
• Refunds are subject to individual operator policies and administrative fees.

4. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

✔ Comply with aviation laws, airport security, and customs regulations.
✔ Arrive at the designated airport on time for your flight.
✔ Follow the operator’s safety instructions and onboard policies.

🚫 Prohibited Activities:

• Use of our service for illegal or fraudulent activities.
• Disruptive behavior or failure to comply with crew instructions.
• Transporting prohibited goods (e.g., weapons, hazardous materials).

Failure to comply may result in denied boarding, cancellation, or legal action.

5. Aircraft & Operator Policies

• All aircraft are operated by FAA-licensed or internationally certified air carriers.
• Operators are responsible for aircraft maintenance, safety, and crew training.
• FlyOnDemand is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or service disruptions caused by operators.

• Delays due to weather, air traffic control, or technical issues are beyond our control.
• FlyOnDemand will assist in arranging alternative options where possible.

6. Changes & Force Majeure

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, and service materials are owned by FlyOnDemand. You may not:

💼 Maximum Liability: If found liable, our responsibility is limited to the total booking fee paid by the user.

10. Dispute Resolution

a. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA.

b. Arbitration & Mediation

• Any dispute shall first be resolved through negotiation or mediation.
• If unresolved, disputes will be settled by binding arbitration in Michigan.

📌 Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes individually and not as part of a class action.
